Josh is a veteran of the United States Army, serving as a chemical equipment repairer for 8 years. After his enlistment period ended, Josh embarked on a decade-long career as a maintenance manager for Isle of Capri Casino in Kansas City, MO. An integral part of Josh’s responsibility for this job was to perform regular inspections of the building and its numerous safety features, maintaining and improving components as necessary.
This inspection experience in the commercial sector, along with the problem-solving skills that he developed in the Army, have been foundational for Josh’s work as a residential inspector—and it’s incredibly rewarding for Josh to provide home inspections that help keep families safe and financially protected.
When he’s not on the job, Josh enjoys playing golf, going fishing, and coaching his son’s little league football team.
