Additional Inspection Services

Pre-Listing Inspection
A home inspection can go a long way toward the successful sale of a home when the service is scheduled before the listing is made. We’ll meticulously assess the property’s overall condition, shedding light on existing defects so that you’re aware of issues that could become potential deal-breakers to prospective buyers. If you choose to make repairs, there’s a high likelihood that doing so will lead to a timelier and less stressful real estate transaction.

This inspection service is conducted prior to the builder’s final walkthrough of new home construction. We’ll take our time investigating the property’s readily accessible structures and core mechanical systems, drawing up a detailed inspection report that will explain any weaknesses that we discover. Scheduling a home inspection at this time is essential for fully protecting your prospective investment—giving you an opportunity to request repairs and other improvements before you’ve officially closed on the home.

You may wish for us to perform a secondary inspection of a home if the seller of the property has made repairs since our initial inspection took place. We’ll return to the home before you agree to the final terms of purchase, looking back over the components that were repaired to make sure that the home’s condition has been improved as promised.

Aerial Drone Photography
Aerial photography can be conducted as a standalone inspection service. Using our camera-mounted drone, we can closely inspect the home’s exterior, roof, and the surrounding grounds. This is especially beneficial for inaccessible roofing systems so that you’re aware of existing damage before moving forward with a home purchase.

A basic thermographic scan is included with every inspection. This process is useful for leading us to existing issues that cannot be diagnosed via a visual inspection. We’ll be analyzing the home’s heat signatures for indications of moisture issues, electrical hot spots, and deficient insulating material.
